Beauty Tips
The Art of the Smoky Eye
Step 1: Apply a base shadow using a simple color, like bone, across the lid. Then, sweep a light shadow like white or bone just under the brow bone.
Step 2: Next, a darker shade is applied to the lower half of the lid - from the lashes up to the crease. Use a clean Q-tips® cotton swab each time you work with a new shade - it will help prevent color-mixing when applying multiple shades.
Step 3: Last step - Apply the darkest color to line the top lid. For this, twist Q-tips® cotton swab to a point for more precision. Then, smudge with a Q-tips® cotton swab for a smoky effect.
Q-tips® are perfect for the delicate eye area because they have more soft cotton than any other cotton swab*.
